Addiction has destroyed my life and it caused me to lose everything. I am at Adult & Teen Challenge because I believe God has led me here and wants me to finish this program strong for His Glory!

I was struggling with drinking and I became tired of hiding it and disappointing my family. I’m done trying to do things my way & failing. I know I need to become strengthened by God’s Word and establish a strong relationship with Him. I’ve spent many years getting wrong, its time I spend a year getting it right.

I came to Adult & Teen Challenge because I have an addiction. I hope to get sober and learn how to control my emotions. Although I came to get sober I’ve received more than just sobriety I am learning Gods Word and being more disciplined; I am becoming whole.

I had no desire to live before coming to Adult & Teen Challenge, I was deep in my addiction and hopeless I knew I could not get sober on my own. But now since being here I have a reason worth living; I have hope in Jesus and in God’s grace.

I was homeless, shattered, and battling health struggles, feeling utterly alone and hopeless on the streets. When I hit rock bottom, Adult & Teen Challenge threw me a lifeline. Now, I’ve given my life to Jesus, and through prayer and digging into the Bible, I’ve found a peace and strength I never knew existed. Today, my health’s on the upswing, I’ve got a fresh sense of purpose, and I’m walking with Christ every day.

I was homeless due to addiction, I came to Adult & Teen Challenge because I had lost hope. Being here I’ve been able to restore relationships with my family that I had lost due to my addiction. I hope to become a better son, brother and father through Jesus Christ!
