CAMPUS DESCRIPTION:

Located on five acres in Brenham, Texas, Freedom Hill is a large campus that features comfortable, home-like surroundings with laundry facilities, meeting room, dining room, break room with library and kitchenette, as well as separate television lounges for men and women.  It is located within walking distance of the historic downtown Brenham, several parks, restaurants, a grocery store, and business areas.

FACTS:

• Freedom Hill established in 2004
• Teen Challenge of Texas was incorporated in 2012
• 50 beds for men and women

NEEDS:

• $50,000 to finish the Women’s Dorms
• Items for Thrift Store (new or gently used clothing, shoes, furniture, jewelry, books, etc.)

HIRE US:

At the Brenham Transitional Living campus, all students are required to work.  This helps them with their room and boarding costs during the re-entry phase at Teen Challenge, and also helps them as they budget and save for the next phase of their life.

RESTORED THRIFT STORE:

The Brenham Restored Teen Challenge Thrift Store is OPEN MON thru SAT 10 am to 5 pm!

The store is located on the Brenham Teen Challenge of Texas at:

Freedom Hill

1306 North Park St., Brenham, TX 77833

All proceeds from the thrift store benefit Teen Challenge of Texas.  This safe, supervised, drug-free environment provides vocational training for our students.

Please contact us if you have any new or gently used items that you would like to donate. Your qualifying tax deductible donations may include:

Refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, appliances, clothing, furniture, household goods, books, movies, CD’s, sporting equipment, computers
